Chairman of the Foundation's Council, prof. Ignacy Kaliszewski is a member of the Scientific Committee of the "Portfolio theory and derivative pricing" conference, which will be held in Warsaw on March 27-29, 2019.
The conference is organized within Simons Semester "Stochastic Modeling and Control" in cooperation between the Banach Center of the Institute of Mathematics and the Systems Research Institute of the Polish Academy of Sciences (PAS) in Warsaw.
The overall goal of the conference is to achieve a synergy from diverse specific expertise represented by participants to produce methodologies with a potential to go beyond the classic portfolio theory, both in the theoretical and computational aspects.
At the conference, the President of the Foundation prof. Andrzej M. Skulimowski will present his article "Economic Impact of AI-Based Knowledge Repositories".
